About Cox Disability Law
We understand that filing for disability is a scary thing. You don’t know whether you will be approved and how long it will take to get a decision.
At Cox Disability Law, we understand the anxiety and uncertainty you may be feeling. You are sick or injured, or perhaps both, and you're out of work. Otherwise, you wouldn't have a disability claim.
People may have told you how hard it is to get approved for disability, and you don't know if you can survive the wait time for a hearing, but what choice do you have?
It's human to worry. Our attorneys can't control all your anxieties, but we strive to eliminate any worries/doubts about the attorneys you’ve chosen to represent you.
Unlike some disability law firms, we don't take an assembly line approach. Each client we represent is a person, not a number. Relationships are important to us. It is not our goal to be the biggest social security law firm. In fact, we limit the cases we take to ensure we get to know our clients and give them individualized attention.
Since 1982, Cox Disability Law attorneys have represented thousands of clients with disability claims. Unlike some social security lawyers who arrived at disability law when other areas of practice dried up, we've been here from the beginning.
Helping social security claimants is our passion, and helping people like you is why we do what we do.
The odds may feel against you. We will not give up if a deserving case is denied.
